    Plant 2 sites in a 6" (1 quart) container. In larger containers, space sites 4" apart. For each site plant 2 seeds 1/4" deep.

    Sulphur Cosmos generally grow up to 30-40 inches, sometimes even reaching 7 feet. They need 6 to 9 inches of space and plenty of sun!

    Sulphur Cosmos range from orange to yellow, and have a zesty, fresh flavor.
    The plant has been used in various foods for its health benefits, and are used to treat malaria in some countries, including Indonesia and Brazil.

    Native to Mexico, Central America and northern South America, Sulphur Cosmos attract birds and butterflies, including Monarchs! This plant is particularly popular in Korea and Japan where they are grown in large quantities especially along roadsides. The flowers were used by Native Americans and later on in South Africa to dye Wool. Additionally, Sulphur Cosmos are eaten in salads and in herbal tea. The plant has been used in various foods for its health benefits, and are used to treat malaria in some countries, including Indonesia and Brazil.

    Use cosmos to make a salad extra healthy and beautiful. They also make for fragrant soups.
