Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit
Pink oyster mushrooms aren’t just strikingly beautiful. They are also succulent and savory and are perfect sautéed or added to pastas, pizzas, and more. As a tropical oyster mushroom strain, they thrive with higher humidity and their color intensifies if given adequate indirect sunlight. Given their denser texture, pink oysters make a wonderful meat substitute. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can find recipes that use them in everything from burritos to BBQ sandwiches. They even make amazing vegan bacon, too!
These 'Spray & Grow' kits are beginner-friendly, require no additional equipment, and will have you enjoying fresh home-grown mushrooms in roughly 2 weeks.

What is the white stuff? Is my kit growing mold?
I purchased my spray and grow kit from a local grocery store. As a chef, I’m always looking for sustainable products to cook for my family. The kit was super easy to use and it produced about a 1/2 pound of beautiful mushrooms on the first growth period! I love how easy it is to grow them, as long as you follow the directions. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I will definitely be interested in purchasing again! Here are some of the photos of my mushrooms and the dish that I created using my Northspore mushroom kit.
I bought 2 kits last year October/November and totally forgot about them. Last Sunday I pulled them out and started to spray them. I wasn’t expecting any blooms because it had been sitting for several months and figured the cultures were dead. But my oh my did they bloom
Given I live in the desert, after watching your "Spray & Grow Kits FAQ Video Part 1" and a previous (fairly good) attempt at Spray & Grow Lion's Mane, I jumped to a make-shift humidity tent right away...and had my first flush in < 2 wks from cutting open. Then my 2nd flush in < 1 more wk...and now crossing fingers for a third.
My Spray & Grow box is next to my kitchen sink, above dishwasher...and my humidity tent is simply a flimsy plastic bag from produce section of the grocery store, with holes cut in it for air flow. I have the Spray & Grow box in a long plastic storage container, w/ the container's lid on top of the box and the plastic bag over the lid. The lid provides support for the bag and keeps it from being too close to the front of the box. Works great and when the box is done, I can just wash my container and put it away...no extra equipment hanging around😁 -Kathy in AZ
