This means that the ongoing refill cost of this unit will be significantly cheaper than the alternatives. This is also the only kit we offer that does not ship with seeds included, so be sure to add them separately!

So easy, so simple, and looks nice on a table. makes a nice gift.

This is best centerpiece I could ask for on my dining table! With a decent amount of light, I have a fresh batch of greens every 10 days. Clean up is so easy! The roots slide right out, then clean with a brush and soapy water and you're ready for another round.Pros - hydroponics system so no need to continually buy cocochoir or any other medium to grow in. Just add water. :)Cons - it could be bigger! If they designed a larger tray, I'd 100% buy it.

I was a little skeptical of this because of some of the reviews I read. I figured I'd give it a try and return it if it didn't work since it is return eligible. I had zero issues growing micro greens. The picture is my very first try. I love this product because they don't require you to use any special kits that you have to buy separate. You only need seeds and water. So simple!

Not Included, but Required
The MicroPod kit does not come with seeds, so be sure to include some of these with your purchase. Be careful with extremely fine/small seeds, as these can slip through the gaps in the MicroGrid and when you have organic matter (seeds) sitting around in water it can lead to the water turning foul.
Why We Love It?
The MicroPod is more than just a functional garden, it's a beautifully designed statement piece. We like the fact that this unit does not require any sort of grow medium, which means that the ongoing cost per harvest will be less than other options.
Things To Be Aware Of
Does not come with seeds! You'll need to purchase these separately. Not a big deal, but it does make this item slightly less 'giftable' than some of the other options we offer
